Organization Design : A Digital Perspective

Organization Design models have been based on stable organizational characteristics. Using them Organizations have failed themselves many a time when they faced with work technology change events. This time digitalization is redefining the way work will be organized inside and outside organizations. Organization Design approaches will change forever with digitalization being adopted by every organization with increased pace. 

This is a 3-day (21st October 2020 - 23rd October 2020) online workshop. Every day it will be conducted between 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
